Mac how to install Nginx?

Install with brew

Use brew to install the nginx with command:

1	$ brew install nginx

After install run:

1	$ sudo nginx

I meet this question: when I use 

sudo nginx

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (48: Address already in use)

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:443 failed (48: Address already in use)

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:306 failed (48: Address already in use)

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (48: Address already in use)

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:443 failed (48: Address already in use)

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:306 failed (48: Address already in use)

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (48: Address already in use)

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:443 failed (48: Address already in use)

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:306 failed (48: Address already in use)
