Android Gradle:resolve dependancies too slow?

我最近遇到这个问题。

I thinking that:  
1 The most question is the Internet.  Your company internet is too slow. For that when Android studio download  denpendances file spend much time! I often spend two hours in the company. But in my home just some minutes!

2  the second question
you add too many dependency to your program.
